1. Who handles your information
Process Engineers And Associates, operating as PHE-INDIA, handles enquiries received through this website. Our office is at E-78, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact sales@phe-india.in for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the form or communication channel, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, company, plant location, application and technical requirements. Enquiry messages can include fluid, flow, temperature, pressure and equipment details. Provide only information needed for your request and information you are authorised to share.
3. How enquiry information is used
Information you submit is used to respond to your request, review technical requirements, prepare quotations, arrange requested follow-up and manage related sales or service communications. If an order follows, relevant information may also be needed for fulfilment, invoicing and applicable record-keeping obligations.
4. Email and WhatsApp enquiries
The homepage email enquiry is submitted to our server and forwarded to our sales mailbox through the configured email service. Contact-page and Quote List actions prepare a WhatsApp message using the details you enter; you can review it before sending in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. You can instead contact us directly by telephone or email.
5. Browser storage, fonts and technical data
The Quote List stores selected product identifiers in your browser using local storage under the key pheQuote, so your selection can remain available when you return. This list is not an order. Remove products from the list or clear site data in your browser to remove saved selections. The current website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address when your browser requests a font. Hosting and email services may process technical logs, including request or delivery information, for operation, troubleshooting and security.
6. Service providers and sharing
Information passes through the hosting and email providers needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. If you use WhatsApp, information also passes through that service. Business personnel handling your request may access the relevant information. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to handle an order-related dispute. External providers may process information in other countries under their own arrangements.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence and related business records may remain in our email and business systems while needed for the request, an ongoing relationship, record-keeping or a dispute. There is no single retention period for every type of record. You can contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure; please avoid including unrelated sensitive information in enquiries.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about information provided to us, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up by emailing sales@phe-india.in with the subject ?Privacy request?. Include enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any necessary business-record retention. You may also raise a privacy concern through the same contact.
9. Children and external links
This website is intended for business and industrial enquiries, rather than use by children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review it. External websites linked from this site have their own information-handling practices.
