Supply and on-site support from Noida
Process Engineers And Associates supplies Industrial PHE and Food Grade PHE, with replacement plates, gaskets and technical support. National coverage means we can discuss work at your plant; it does not imply a branch or manufacturing facility in every city.
For new equipment, start with the process duty. For installation, include the proposed layout and available services. For an existing unit, send its identification and the operating issue. The quotation or agreed service scope confirms what is included.
Plan the equipment supply
Provide both fluids, flow rates, inlet and required outlet temperatures, operating/design pressure, allowable pressure drop and cleaning requirements. Include material preferences and the proposed connections. The PHE selection checklist explains these inputs.
For delivery, share the plant city, state, postal code and receiving contact, together with access, unloading and handling constraints. Ask for the agreed packing, transport, documentation and delivery terms in the quotation. Lead time depends on the selected equipment and confirmed scope; it is not fixed by the destination alone.

Prepare for installation
Before arranging a visit, provide the approved unit drawing, connection arrangement, equipment location and site access details. Identify the people responsible for civil supports, lifting, piping, electrical/control interfaces and utility availability where they apply.
- Confirm access for bringing the unit into position and for future opening of a gasketed frame.
- Identify pipe supports and the connection/interface requirements from the equipment drawings.
- Share site induction, work permits and the planned isolation or shutdown arrangements.
- Agree the installation scope, responsibilities, documentation and visit schedule before work begins.
Installation conditions vary with the equipment and plant. The supplied unit instructions govern handling, connection, start-up and operating limits.
Arrange a service visit
Describe the symptom, when it began and whether the process changed beforehand. Include the nameplate, model, plate pattern if known, and clear photographs. Record both-side temperatures, flow and pressure readings where available; readings from a comparable clean operating period are especially useful.
For parts, use the plate and gasket identification guide. For operating observations and service preparation, read the maintenance and troubleshooting guide. Do not order a substitute gasket solely because its outline looks similar.
Share the desired shutdown window and site requirements. Any replacement parts, inspection, cleaning or testing tasks must be specified and agreed for the particular unit. Do not assume a fixed response time or an unquoted scope.
